Anyone have a Shrimp Lo Mein Recipe that freezes well? - how many calories in lo mein with shrimp
I try to do my own cooking frozen foods. I love Weight Watchers Dragon Shrimp Lo Mein, and I have seen many recipes for shrimp Lo Mein on the Internet, but does not know if they freeze very well. Also I would like it to less than 300 calories per serving, but it is probably better suited to control portion sizes.

I could not find that seemed too good to freeze. This site has more than 1000 Weight Watchers recipes though. Good luck!
